we want you to be aware that wait times to see the provider may be longer than normal.

Flu Clinic
Protect your child from the flu this season.
Meadville Pediatrics, in accordance with the CDC, recommends that all children ages six months and older receive the flu vaccine this season. This helps protect your children and those around them from becoming infected.
- When receiving the flu vaccine, you will be asked to provide a completed copy of our Flu Vaccine Survey. To expedite your visit, please complete this form prior to arrival.
- If you have more than one child-each child must be scheduled separately and a form filled out for each child.
- Your child needs to be “well” to receive the flu vaccine. If your child develops any cold or flu symptoms before your appointment, please call the office to cancel the appointment.
If any of the times offered do not work for you, check back frequently as more time will be added as needed.
