Appointments
We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly. If you do not cancel your appointment in advance, we reserve the right to charge a "no show" charge of $30.00.
Insurance and Billing
We accept the following insurance companies:

- United Healthcare
We will submit claims on your behalf for other insurance companies that we do not participate with, however the claim balance will be your responsibility to pay.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
